Hold CHCDV001 OR hold one of the below qualifications with ability to demonstrate vocational competency to the Unit of Competency at minimum:

• CHC42015 Certificate IV in Community Service
• CHC42021 Certificate IV in Community Services

Other relevant qualifications, Counselling Degree, Psychology or Social Work (must be approved by Lifeline Australia prior to commencing training)
